The mobile in my crib has a "Pink Lady Bug".. I made friends with her too.

Each morning I wake up, I spend some time chatting with her before giving mom a holler for milk. She's kinna cute and when mum turns her knobs, she makes sounds too!! :)

Visit to Tanu masi's place

Tanu masi had been calling me over to their place ever since. Finally I decided to give in cuz Tanu masi tempted me with her yummy 'dosa-sambar-idli' invite and of course Kans kaka said he'd make Mango ice-cream... Yummm!!!

Baba turns 31 and I get my first vaccination shots!

It was my baba's birthday today, he turns the BIG 31. Mum baked him a banana-walnut cake with cocoa icing. Yummmy...

Awso, I turned 8weeks and had my 2month doc's appointment in the afternoon. I am a nice 10pounds now and the doc says I'm a healthy kid :)!! I got my first round of vaccination shots too :(

Mum keeps clicking pics... even at the doctor's when I'm stripped to my diapers alone!!!!

I was ofcourse a bit grumpy after the shots. I did cry a bit but mum says I am a nice kid and don't trouble em so much.

Daddy still had to wait until I slept peacefully to cut his cake... like 11 at night finally! :)

I decided to turn my back when baba finally got around to cutting the cake...

Happy Birthday Baba. Next year you celebrate it, I'll be bigger and jumping around!! Just u wait and watch!

My new Lime-Lemon dress

Nani masi brought me this pretty dress with a Lemon top and summery bloomers... And mum decided to take the ladies out shopping.

Trip to Lake Michigan

Mum and Dad decided it was time for my first holiday trip (July 4th weekend)... A day floating around a small town -Saugatuck on the banks of Kalamazoo lake with Nani and Nani-masi.

Independence day parade with the family...

We sat by the road in downtown Saugatuck to watch the parade performed by local crew.

Well, I mostly missed the parade cuz I was FAAASST asleep in the sun!

Milestone achieved!

Today's the day everyone at home had been waiting for sometime now... Me turning 6weeks (42days). Now I can start going out.. shopping, meeting friends, eating out... The whole 9 yards! :D

Here's momy putting on the 'bangles' sent by Nana for me... She only tries them on me before commenting "Oh they are 18yrs. too big on Aahana" and then wears them herself! :(

Also today my "Gunni mama" turns 21 BIG years... so mum made "Tiramisu cake" for us... though both of us couldn't taste it, I guess the rest of them had a YUMM time!
